
Ann Berendzen - President
Ann is originally from Altamonte Springs, and moved to Colonialtown after purchasing her home in 1998. She got involved right away with the Colonialtown Neighborhood Association by coordinating all of the newsletter distribution. In 2001 she was the project leader for the Colonialtown house plaque project that was funded by the Mayor's Matching Grant Program. Because of her efforts she was awarded the 2001 Colonialtown Volunteer of the Year. She has also volunteered with selecting Yard of the Months for the neighborhood, and is looking forward to serving the neighborhood as president.
Michael Hodges - Vice President
Michael has lived in his Colonialtown bungalow for the past 10 years. As a native of Orlando, he has been active in our neighborhood activities for many years including originating and coordinating our annual Yard Sale event, Yard of the Month judge, volunteering with the House Plaque grant and installation, and newsletter distribution. He looks forward to serving the neighborhood in this latest role.
Brett Chambers - Secretary
Brett has lived in the neighborhood since 2003 and was formerly Secretary in 2003-2006. He has also served a memberships Coordinator and Newsletter Delivery Coordinator. He has helped organize events such as Movies in the Park.
Matthew Collins - Treasurer
Matthew has lived in Orlando for 10 years now with his family, Katrina and Phoebe. They lived downtown for any years until their daughter was born. Because of its diversity and uniqueness, Colonialtown was where hey wanted to settle. They have lived in this community for just over a year now. He looks forward to serving he community this upcoming year.
Anthony Mims - Newsletter/Website Editor
Anthony has lived in Colonialtown for the past 11 years. He has volunteered or many events and services in the community especially with the CNA and local schools.
Deena Mims - Neighborhood Historian
Deena has lived in Colonialtown for 11 years. She is working towards her second degree in Interior Design specializing in historic preservation. She also volunteers as a mentor at Howard Middle School.
