We plan to hold both of these events again in 2010 along with our 10th annual edition of the Neighborhood Yard Sale event in the spring. New for 2010, we are introducing the Dog Walk in February. We feel this is a great event to bring to all Colonialtown residents, renters and homeowners alike. We have newsletters published and distributed free to you from many Colonialtown volunteers, as well as a website updated with city and neighborhood information. We now need your support. Even if you are unable to attend the monthly neighborhood meetings, we need you to become members of our voluntary association. Having a robust neighborhood association with strong resident membership is so important and helps us in our financial efforts to maintain the association while conducting neighborhood business for you. Please fill out the membership form in the newsletter and mail it with your dues. All information will be solely for the use of the CNA to provide you neighborhood information, and will not be distributed or sold to outside vendors, associations or businesses. Thanks for your participation and support. On behalf of the entire Board of Directors, I wish you and your family a wonderful and safe holiday season.
The Colonialtown Neighborhood Association board and newsletter delivery volunteers will be conducting the annual neighborhood lighting contest on Thursday, December 17th. We pushed the event back one week to have more decorated homes available for judging. Please leave your holiday lights on till 11p on the 17th. We will post winning addresses on our website www.colonialtown.org so you can go and check out the first, second and third place recipients.
